Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Tracked service with signature confirmation

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• Basic tracking available

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Cotton Traders purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear unless faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Complete our returns form (template provided below)
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship to our returns address (provided in your return authorization)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We happily exchange items for different sizes/colors (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly mark “EXCHANGE” on your return form with replacement details
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  4. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and replace the item or issue a full refund.
