At Cotton Traders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our quality menswear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear unless the items are faulty or not as described.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Complete the returns form (template provided below)
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our address (provided in your return authorization email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund:
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate on your return form that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
